Children, Infants and Pregnant Travellers

Travelling by seaplane can be a fun experience for the whole family! Ensuring everyone on board is safe and comfortable is important to us. We’ve compiled some information for pregnant travellers and those travelling with infants and children to help ensure your experience is easy and enjoyable. Please note, all children, unaccompanied minors, and families travelling with children will be welcomed to pre-board the aircraft. To request a pre-board please call our reservations team at 1-800-665-0212 before your flight or notify our team upon check-in.

Here are some helpful hints to set our littlest guests up for success!

• Arrive at the terminal a little earlier than required so you have plenty of time to check-in and get settled.

   

• Request pre-boarding to give your family a few extra minutes to get settled on board the aircraft before general boarding.

   

• On most of our aircraft all bags must be stored in the cargo area of the aircraft. Remember to take out any items you wish to keep with you during the flight and ensure they are small enough to fit in the seat-back pocket.

   

• It can be a little noisy on board so you may wish to use ear protection for your child. Child-sized headsets can be requested at check-in.
