High Flyer Rewards

Ready to start earning High Flyer Rewards points? All you have to do is join the program and start flying! Points add up quickly and you’ll be redeeming yours for great rewards before you know it. Points are earned at a rate of 10% on our scheduled service flight base fares on our Value and Comfort fares, and Parcel Express services, and 12% of the base fare for Flex fares. Points can be redeemed for flights and other great rewards when members have accumulated the eligible amounts for redemption.

Membership Levels

The High Flyer Rewards Program has 2 levels of membership:

High Flyer

0-99 Flights

 

Our standard membership! Anyone who has completed at least one Harbour Air flight booked directly with us can join as a High Flyer member to begin earning points.

Elite High Flyer

100+ Flights

 

To qualify as an Elite High Flyer, passengers will have booked directly with Harbour Air and travelled on 100 or more one-way flights in a year. We keep track of how often passengers fly, and will personally contact those guests who have qualified for Elite High Flyer status to share their exclusive benefits of the program.

 

 

Becoming a Member

Once you have flown with us for the first time, joining the High Flyer Rewards Program is easy (and free), simply fill out the application form below.

 

Choose from three types of membership plans: individual, family, or corporate. The primary High Flyer Rewards account holder can choose to add members to their family or corporate plan so earned points are pooled together. They may also choose which members are authorized to redeem points.

 

Once your membership has been activated, you will receive an email confirming your High Flyer membership and customer details (HAS#). Don’t worry – we’ll take a look back at the last three months and credit you for any flights you’ve already taken.

 

 

Redeem Rewards

Small planes, big rewards! High Flyer Rewards points can be redeemed for Harbour Air flights, scenic tours and Parcel Express shipments, as well as gift cards at restaurants and retailers, and merchandise! The table below indicates the redemption value for each reward category.

 

Redeem for Flights

 

Use your points to fly on your favourite route. Don’t worry, there are no blackout dates or time restrictions for using your points! Use your High Flyer Rewards points for Flex and Comfort fares or scenic tour operated by Harbour Air. To book a flight with your rewards points, call our Reservations team at 18006650212

 

The number of points required for a reward flight varies depending on the route, tour, and fare. You must have enough points in your rewards account to cover the entire fare. If you do not have sufficient points to cover the full cost of the flight, you have the option of buying points at a rate of $3.00 = 1 point.

 

  • Scheduled Flight - Redeem at a conversion of 1 point = $1
  • Scenic Panorama Tour - Redeem at a conversion of 1.5 points = $1

 

Redeem for Freight Services
 

Need to send a parcel quickly and conveniently? Use your High Flyer Rewards points to pay for freight shipments using Harbour Air’s Parcel Express service.

 

  • Redeem at a conversion of 1 point = $1

 

Redeem for Harbour Air Merchandise


Points can be redeemed for merchandise sold in our terminals. Simply advise the Customer Service Agent that you would like to redeem your rewards points for merchandise and they will help you complete the transaction.

 

  • Redeem at a conversion of 2 points = $1

 

Donate to Share the Fare

Redeem on Excess Luggage


Use your points towards your excess luggage fees on any tier level including Flex, Comfort, Value, Light fares. The table below indicates the redemption value per fare level.

 

  • Light Tier - Redeem at conversion of 10 points per 1lb
  • Value Tier - Redeem at conversion of 6 points per 1lb
  • Comfort Tier - Redeem at conversion of 4 points per 1lb
  • Flex Tier - Redeem at conversion of 2 points per 1lb

 

 

Redeem for Gift Cards


To redeem your points online for gift card rewards, complete the form below. Once your request has been processed you will receive a phone call to indicate that the reward is ready for pickup at the location selected on the form. Enjoy!
